Text of Complaint by Sridhar:

Billing complaint. Wrongly billed excessively which is accepted by local airtel office and have been trying to sort it out since 14 march. Even today I was at the same office where I was willing to pay the amount but the airtel representative asked me to wait till 11 may as the mistake was on the airtel team. But now I find all my services suspended which I find appalling especially after I have been reassured by the customer service and local office that it won’t be suspended. I have informed them multiple times that we are doctors and need the phones especially at this time.
