I took a combo pack of broadband and DTH services and I paid 1500 rs on 22nd of nov 2022. Till now the DTH has not been Installed and when I spoke to manager of airtel team from store who installs… His nae is abdul and I spoke to various department head called murali n others… I was said either the amount will be refunded to original bank account or will be adjusted to my broadband service…. Till now there is no update and all that I know is they keep on postponing things telling me… That will call back in 5min and will never get any response…
Wen i checked thanks giving app from airtel… It showed… 0rs no due as of now in start of jan… Now when I checked it shows -1029.88 rs due…
Why the hell shuld I pay when the bill was not adjusted or even transferred back to my bank account… I want this issue to be resolved ASAP… If not this will go on social media for sure… Facebook n other places for sure…

I am searching for email id of Sunil bharthi mittal and Gopal vittal….Mr. Saumil agarwal is the Appellate for karnataka right… I will definitely post everything online on all social media and will go to consumer court for causing me all these hasles till now
