Dear sir,My name is S.Natarajan,lives at Saligramam,chennai,my landline/BB no: 044-42132840 My mail id:kaunat@gmail.com
we are out of the country since March 2nd.I have made a request thro mail for temporary disconnection.My bill for Apl is 547/44 and I have raised the issue for higher bill amount and due to corona virus,they have communicated will be resolved after few days.I have paid the amount thro online with the idea that will get adjusted in further bill.We are practically not at all using BB.
To my surprise,the bill dated May ,received as 848/54.
Prior to my departure,a month ahead,I talked to one of your staff over phone,and she informed me to to inform prior to my departure and the payment for the said period will be around 250/-.
My repeated complaints sent thro mail to 121is in vain.
kindly look into the same and arrange to send revised bill as per phone discussion and oblige.
