Dear sir /Madam ,
I have received RBL credit last few month back without prior notice from their end also I don’t applied to this card .
Any how I have accepted to use after the confirmation only They will be charged if I any use your end .
But now I been charged for 15000 for insurance and some other things which I don’t use or request .
How I will be responsible for this ? And why I should I pay money for the thing which I don’t use.
This is really hectic issues and I don’t get proper answer from customer care and don’t have proper information to solve this.
They calling and threading to pay with abusing words
I won’t pay for the bill raised to for the due date 14th January. And if any of this reflects on cibil score damn sure I gonna raise the complaint for fraudulent activities by RBL
