Text of Complaint by FINNY JOHN:

My Airtel Black monthly plan is of Rs 1403 including GST and taxes. I received a bill of Rs 2902 on 18th Dec 2022. The bill included a yearly subscription of Amazon Prime of Rs 1499. I immediately raised a complaint with the Airtel customer care regarding the same and I received a assurance that I will a revised bill of Rs 1403 within next 2 days. I did not receive any revised bill as promised and I had to make a total payment of Rs 2902 towards my bill. I again raised a complaint on 30th Dec 2022 regarding the same and again the customer care executive assured me that i will get a refund of the additional amount paid within next 48 hours. Again I did not receive any refund nor any reply/resolution to my complaint. This month again i have received a bill of Rs 424 and when I spoke to the Airtel Customer care, the executive and his supervisor denies of any complaints raised and says the remaining refund will be adjusted in next month’s billing. This is totally unacceptable that inspite of having customer’s money with them how can they send a payable bill to the customer. If I delay or refrain from paying the Bill i am sure they will disconnect my services. I want a resolution to this.
