My billing plan for past 2years was 799 for 3additionL numbers
The tariff included all the other three numbers
Since January airtel has started charging 249 rental on my number 9811833948 without any information to me
Rs 799 includes rental amount for 9319724411 of rs 199
Despite multiple calls and emails to seniors I have not received any information or details or satisfactory answers from airtel executive or their seniors every month an amount of app 400to 500 is being charged more since November 2019 which can be seen from the bills and be compared with previous bills
Kindly look into the matter and lodge a formal complaint
