I have been regular customer of INFINITY 199 postpaid plan (Incl. IR voice + data pack) since 2019. Now I received the postpaid bill of ₹2617.24 for billing period 11-May-21 to 10-Jun-21 where I expected ₹235. I see extra charges of ₹2250+taxes. I never rejected/answered any call on this postpaid number though still I have been charged for every call I received from India with 1 sec pulse duration. I’m using Apple iPhone XR which shows missed calls list for every call which billed. The same also happened to my spouse number.

I would request you to correct/wave off the excess charges billed.
