Text of Complaint by Karan Mishra:

Hello

I have an internet connection provided by airtel and goes with the name Airtel Xtreme Broadband connection which we got installed in the month of January, 2020. We had a rental plan for 3 months and it was scheduled to auto-renew on 7th April. Prior to the due date, I had sent multiple emails to Airtel that I don’t want to renew my connection because I am heading back to my hometown and won’t be able to use the connection anymore hence the request. Due to the lockdown, they didn’t respond to my emails but they are still billing me for the unused services and charging me. They are calling me everyday, harassing me to pay up and won’t entertain my arguments or requests.
