Text of Complaint by Vijay kudala:

I have made a payment of 35000/- from my Phonepe to the Citibank credit card  The money has been deducted from my bank at 10:45 AM on 1 Dec 2020 but the bill desk page showed an error “Unable to process your transaction”.

It’s worrying me that I didn’t even get acknowledgment from the billdesk support team yet, and I’m more worried if my money is safe or not.

Kindly help me getting my money back as I’m getting calls every day from the Citibank cards team to make payment.
