Text of Complaint by Arpit Mishra:

Hello, it’s really very disgusting to get action response you from you something. Is Airtel is such inefficient that you can’t understand my problems.

I am continuously chasing you guys to make correct changes in your system but you are not able to do so. I’m in continuous discussion with you regarding problem I am facing. I am seeing that responses are slow and not enough attention is given to Customer requests.

However, even today I have not even received a mail acknowledging my admissibility to receive the positive note. It is unbecoming of an organisation of your repute that you keep corresponding for payments and closely pursue through phone calls but are sloppy about honoring your commitment.

I am summarizing you again, last time to you –

*I have already received a confirmation from side that my first bill has been waived off, but I am still seeing the same is reflecting in my bill. I am also getting frequent call which is very disturbing and I am losing my confidence in Airtel.

*Today you people called to my add on number 9479672130, which belongs to my father. How dare you can connect to my father for any kind communication. It’s completely your fault that you are not correcting your system. This is really not acceptable to me that while I am continuous touch with you but now you guys are approaching to my father who is really not aware what is going on. Not don’t ever to connect to him else I will kick your ass.

*Last time I connected to your call center on 16.10.2018. I briefly mentioned everything to him, He assured me to get back to me within 72 hours. Today 5 days has been passed but no revert yet. I asked him to stop collection calls, text messages and send me correct due amount & bill. I also mentioned him to work on raised concern in first mail. No response yet from any one.

*I have already written you several times and spoken your representative several times. Everyone assured that I will confirmation mail and revert from action team, no response awaited.

*I am appalled by the language used in the reminder calls & text messages for due payment even though it appears to be standard format. Airtel has agreed that the bill will be waived off but still I am receiving such nasty texts. You know, Just try once to deactivate my both number, you guys will get to know, what back fire shot you will received. I will pull your throat in court.

*Earlier I have already complained that my number was not get activated due to your mash up, This was again happened when you again deactivated my number. I immediately raised the same thing and you activated my number, however my other was got activated after one week. Can’t you understand that these are our primary contact numbers. What impact can be done when I am contactable to anyone because my contact number is not working. Listen very carefully, I again suffered because of you and I am not going to make any payment. You got me.

*I also requested your action report on store people for misbehaving with me. I haven’t received yet. One last time I am saying I need the report by 23.10.2018 else I am going to make a FIR against Airtel/Store people.

On non-receipt of response I will probably engage a lawyer to work on you but wanted to understand from you first. I am giving you one last time warning to make the thing correct.

Hope, you will not disappointment me again.

Please Note –

  1. I don’t want the apologies, I had requested you something else. Please work on that.
  2. I am not expecting that anyone will call me and want to understand the case again. Enough taking has been done, please refer my mails.
  3. I hope I don’t have to speak to “so called customer service or escalation manager” again.

Thank you,
