Dear sir,
I’ve applied for One airtel in January as bundled service offered by Airtel for 3 postpaid connections,
broadband, Landline connection and DTH.
Airtel has installed only DTH service on 28 January and no other services were provided in bundled plan
offered. And while installing DTH Airtel has charged Rs 501 from me saying that it is activation
charges and would be refunded in first bill of airtel plan bundled services. I’ve paid that amount of
Rs 501 trusting them as renowned company but to my surprise they have not installed balance bundled
services within stipulated time of 1 week. And I’ve followed up for installing the service almost every
day and have undergone very much harassment from Airtel about their services. After all on 24th
February one airtel services have been started by them.
Now first bill has been raised by airtel for these services and to my surprise they have not adjusted
that Rs 501 which I’ve paid in advance and that has been promised by the airtel to refund in the first
bill.
Now it is requested to get me refund that Rs 501 in my first bill as promised by Airtel. Also please
provide some compensation for not providing all the bundled services in one airtel plan at one go. And
I’ve waited for 1 month approx for the services and have undergone harassment.
It seems that airtel is intentionally delaying the services and charging the inappropriate amount in
the bill. And not refunding the amount of Rs 501 as promised at the time of installation.
Please provide the solution and revise the bill.
