Hi,
I am the user of airtel number pospaid connection from last 10-12 years and every month on2 or 3rd of the month of the month I pays my bill but recently i got to know airtel is charging Rs. 100 every month from me for late payment and Reason for this is- Bill cycle changed.. I never requested for changing the bill cycle or got any information on company policy/ company is changing my bill cycle.
Now question is, how airtel can charge me Rs.100 for every month and denying to register my complaint through 121 customer care and not refunding my money as well.
Airtel executives are mis-behaving with me and their words are like- Jha complain karni hai kar do, koi fark nhi pdta.. kuch nhi milega??? what is this??
