Dear sir
I am a consumer of Airtel mobile service since December.2011. I have upgraded my plan to Family-999 (1 Primary Number + 3 Add-on Numbers + 1 Data Number). I have added an Airtel prepaid number to this plan in June.2020. But the Airtel asked to recharge it, I complained against it then I was informed that I had to convert that mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. I did on July 2nd 2020 and added the same to plan-999 which was being displayed on Airtel-app in my mobile number.
On 16.July.2020 I have emailed complaining against the display of pending bill on all numbers running under plan-999 and mentioned all the numbers in the email. Airtel never informed that the number is not covered under plan-999. Now Airtel has stopped outgoing on that number and raised a bill for Rs.499+GST for July.2020 more over bill for August.2020 also be applicable after days 2-3.
Sir, why do I pay Rs.590/- for a mobile number which never use data and very limited voice calls.
Airtel misleading and harassing customers I can’t remember if I used real 4G service. Its network at my residence is very poor voice calls ‘disturbed’ and data ‘buffering’.
