Text of Complaint by Satinder Pal Singh:

Dear sir
This is to bring to your kind notice that I was holding broadband connection of Airtel at my home address House no. HL-141, Phase-2, Mohali-160055 (Punjab) vide my no. 01724669053 for more than 11 years continuously till 18th August 3019. On 18th August 2019 I called up Airtel and formally instructed Airtel for disconnection of my broadband with immidiate effect. After asking about reasons etc it was confirmed by Airtel person that your broadband bill would not be raised from today onwards i.e. 18th August 2019. My bill circle ended on 16th August so bill for two days on pro-rata basis amounting to Rs. 37/- was raised by Airtel after that which I paid well in time. So it was clear that formally disconnection has bern done. In between I got a call from Airtel and one girl told me that as you have been our esteemed customer for last more than 11 years so we would give u free service for one month. I told her clearly that I don’t need this and also it’s upto u to do as per u but No bill should be raised on me after 18th August 2019. They must be having my conversation recordings also.
But after one month I shocked to see message about raising of a bill by Airtel again. I immediately called Airtel and made a complaint and then told the customer care person to connect me to their senior. I clearly told senior about the matter and she told me that I don’t need to pay this bill and she would resolve this matter. Now after few from that i m receiving n’ number of calls from Airtel for payment of bill. I m being harassed by Airtel. I m very much disturbed by this. I had been a loyal customer of Airtel and never made any diffault during my association with Airtel. But Airtel is now behaving differently.
