Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to the subject matter, i was given a monthly rental plan under Rs.599/- plus taxes to which my monthly bill used to come for Rs. 706/- . As our wifi is only used for mobile phone whatsapp, facebook the rental was under my budget and convenient for me to pay. This plan was given by airtel few years back. Now to my shock during covid19 when people are already facing financial crunches, what i saw in my Bill Statement 26.5.20 to 25.6.20 my monthly plan was changed to 879.65 plus taxes instead of 599.00 plus taxes. The plan was amended by airtel without my knowledge. And inspite of my many request to airtel customer care i was not given my old plan. In view of all i request your offices to either change my plan from 879 to 599 or i would like to discontinue from all airtel services.
One more thing i would like to add is that we are facing very bad experience with airtel signal related issues.
