I need to raise an issue, my airtel bill plan was changed without any intimidation or consent.

Also from IVR the complaint option and to connect with executive is taken off.

The app also has only service request to be raise and not the complaint, even if it is there i believe it is hidden for a reason.

This is totally an unfair trade practice and i would need to report this.
