I have bill plan of 550 rs that bill plan was discontinued by airtel thus the change of plan of “1599” has been done on 14 th September for which I have made complaint that it’s not done by me and told airtel of the same on 15 September when i got to know about it. Airtel customer representative said that we are not having the same plan and we will give you the same plan once your bill cycle ends. And on saying that I won’t be able to give such hefty amount they said sir we have written your complaint and we will adjust the amount and you have to give only your normal bill plan payment which you used to do usually.
On calling yesterday I was being told by floor manager “kamraan” that there change has been done through app and it was being done by you only so you have to pay bill of 1600 rs. And nothing can be done from their side.
