Text of Complaint by Nikhar:

Some executive called me and gave me details regarding upgrading my plan
Without my consent the executive upgraded my plan which is horrible
When called at customer care they were inefficient to help me and were unable to explain why the plan was upgraded

This is really horrible on Airtel family part
