Hello Team
I was making bill payment through internet banking. I did payment but it was not received to beneficiary and amount deducted from my account to paytm mobile solutions.
I am not the customer of paytm mobile solution.
Below is my transaction id which was done on 19th of March at 10:44 AM.

I am waiting for my refund so kindly resolve this issue.
