Hi,
We have already made payment for phone number 9922936121 using airtel app and then used Phone pay option. But still getting so many reminders and not accepting our payment by airtel.
It is very difficult to reach out to their customer service executives using their call center numbers 121/198. No one replies to our emails. We get random calls from a few airtel people as a reminder. But when we tell them about payment and also talk to them that we had sent screen shot over their support email, they give us excuse that that they don’t have access to emails and repeatedly talk about same things again.
Can this issue be solved from airtel side and update payment details at their end?
