Hi!
I paid the bill of 25-Feb-2023 on 09:05 AM by GOOGLE PAY (Via Kotak Mahindra Bank) Attachment 1 . The payment got successful from my end . But didnt flashed on the JIO APP ..as the activeness of Number is important to me i recharged again on trusting the company as they will refund my previous payment. i did my payment again on the same day on 10:14 AM (ATTACHMENT 2) via PayTm POSTPAID.

The first recharge which was done on 09:05 was disappeared somehow and didnt credited in my account on the same day and after 2 days . I called thw customer support they said it will be refund to you ASAP . I was trusting the process but no i was wrong.

The laziness of your department is at that level they raised the complainant soo late. (Attachment 3)

One of the executive said to me on 14 April that the money has been received by JIO due to technical issues that cant be seen on that time . It will be adjusted on the NEXT BILL PAYMENT i.e. of MAY. but now the same story repeat the Bill generated and will be due in 6 days . (attachment 4)

Is this the value of the customer in JIO ?
AM I SUPPOSED TO PORT TO AIRTEL OR ANY OTHER COMPANIES?

Both bank chargebacks are attached to the email kindly look into the matter.
