I was availing the services of airtel broadband and landline for my shop.details of my connection as below:

I stopped using the services since may 2020 as I did not have any use due to lockdown and also
I have sent a mail to airtel mail id (airtelbroadbandsupport@airtel.com)for discontinuation of services on 28/05/2020 after paying the full amount for the services utilized till 28/05/2020. But even after my request to stop the services they are not stopping my services and sending me reminder calls and messages for paying the overdue amount on my phone every day 5-6 times which is very annoying and disturbing. I have send atleast 25 -30 mails for stop sending me the reminder calls as i m not using the services of airtel since 28/05/2020. But they are not listening to my problem and also not refunding me the advance deposit that i have given to them. Please look into the matter and kindly save me from such fraudulent practices adopted by airtel.
