Dear,
I m using your postpaid connection years ago. Everytime i made the online payment.
Sometime the bill paid on time and sometime after due date. The late fees waveoff from your side and this time also I paid it late by mistake and your executive committed me that after lockdown your late fees will be waveoff, you just clear the bill amount and I did the same.
I have recording also of your executive who commited.
Since I m using your network there is an internet connection problem which I face from the very first day and your workers told me that it will be resolved shortly but it continued to be the same as problem.
I do not discontinue at that instant.
But today when there is only a small amount of late fees pending that is of your mistake, you discontinue my service.
Government also appeal that do not discontinue any services in this critical time but you did that.
Sorry sir but if my service will not be continue shortly I will make it viral and go to consumer forum also.
Many times i tried to contact your customer care but no reply.
I wish that you make it soon.
