Text of Complaint by Vani Sinha:

Dear sir/ma’am

This is to inform you that my mother Mrs. Rekha Sinha (an old lady aged 76) has an Airtel number (9910081612) in her name and was using the phone till August or September last year. Suddenly, her Airtel services were stopped on the pretext of using an “old sim”. She agreed to get it changed but requested the representative to send someone to give the new SIM to get as she couldn’t walk. But the Airtel representative didn’t agree and said that she had to come, as a result, she couldn’t use the Airtel services after that call last year.

But now, she is getting messages after messages from Airtel giving payment reminders and asking to get it done asap.

Now, tell me… how can you even trouble an old lady like that? She’s not able make calls to anyone.. She doesn’t have anyone to go on her behalf. Without providing the services, you’re asking her to make the payment? HOW CHEAP AND SELFISH IS THAT!

I demand an explanation and a solution from you regarding this matter or I’ll have to look for other options.
