According to my bill cycle, the last day to pay the bill was 20th December. The whole day I tried to pay the bill but due to some technical issue, it was failing again and again. I wrote the mail for this issue to the MobiKwik team, but instead of resolving this issue, they charged me a penalty. Now nobody is helping me out with this, their customer care executives are threatening me to pay the bill otherwise more penalty will be charged and nobody is replying to emails as well. Being a loyal customer I am facing this type of behaviour from their side. This is very disappointing. I am attaching the screenshot of the error that I was getting while paying my bill.
