Mera naam shamim shaikh hai maine December appne 3 airtel no postpaid mai convert kiya hai, kyun wo no mere mamu ke naam par the.
When i visit to near by airtel gallery they told me to covern no it to postpaid after that it ye appke naam par no ho jayega.
We have paid 3 months bill after that 4 bill aaya tho hamne nhi pay kiya last date 28 May tha par we have not paid.
Because we want to convert that no into perpaid.
But airtel have switch off our service for 7 May now they are saying u have to pay bill for may month.
But, we have not use that service for May Month so, why should we pay bill for May.
- Plz, look into this matter and revert for the same.
