hello sir/mam,

i didn’t pay my bill past three months due to covid19.on20 august 2020 i got one call from vodafone with this number 8939182112 for my bill dues. then i have paid my all dues cost around 800 rupees by online with a link,which they provide me by whatsapp.after that i tried to reach them by call and whatsapp but they dont reply anything and block my contacts.here i submit their message in whatsapp and my payment confirmation in online.pleasse kindly take action
