Bill Payment of postpaid bill has been done on 13-Oct-2019 of Rs. 353 using Amazon Pay. The Payment was successful. Also received an E-Recharge Message from Airtel Company that the recharge was successfully done with an E-Receipt number.
Even after contacting the Airtel Customer service they are now saying that their own e-receipt number provided is incorrect and thus havent received any payment. Airtel is still showing that the bill is pending. All the proof of the payment including the Bank Transaction, Amazon Pay Invoice details and e-receipt number provided by Airtel has been mailed to Airtel on 121@airtel.in. But still the issue is not resolved till date stating that the E-Receipt number provided by them is incorrect.
