I have paid bill still the company is saying I haven’t paid the bill and when the amount was paid I was still getting calls to pay bill but when I asked them to verify they said the bill is paid and there is no any amount left to pay but now after 2 year they claim amount is 9 times of the loan amount which I have to pay which is impossible as I confirmed with calls they said amount is cleared when I paid the bill
