My phone no. is 9108159430. I have paid my bill statement of 02 July 2020 – 01 Aug 2020 on August 3, 2020. The amount was Rs 711 and paid through google pay. My Transaction ID is 021612236897. I have attached screenshot of the same.. I have opened a service request but it was closed without giving any information or updates and had a call with airtel person but it was in vain. They are sending messages of paying the amount again or service block will happen.
Kindly look at the issue.
