Yesterday i have paid my electricity bill of 5240/- using the talkcharge wallet balance . The transaction is showing successful but it is not reflecting at the biller website . Complaint about it to the customer care but they are not responding instead they are spamming me with the message of buying priority pass worth of 19999/-
