I have made a purchase of oneplus 15 mobile phone on Sunday 16th nov 2025. Sales team promised me that they will send me the bill via email or whatsup. But they didn’t send me the bill yet. I called the sales team twice, they said they will send me immediately, but I haven’t received it. As per the protocol, if they are not producing the bill, the product amount has to be refunded and set the product as free of cost. Please find the attached product information below..
