I was an existing customer of AIRTEL BROADBAND from U.P Circle and i was shifted to Uttarakhand and for this I started to try for the shifting on airtel thanks app but there the only things happen with app is [ technical error kindly try after some time ] I had called so many time on 121 but did’nt get any response. After that they generated a bill for the june month before that i never received any call from them for any help but once the bill was generated they started calling me and I told them i want to shift my connection and they told me ok sir [ No body told me with pending payment your issue can not be solved ] and after that i was waiting then i was received a call and they told me sir your bill is pending kindly pay the bill and again i repeat the same thing and then again they told me ok [ second time, No body told me with pending payment your issue can not be solved ] I was waiting for the shifting then they started calling me and told me sir your bill is pending and when i was disappointed from them i told him to disconnect my request. And i didn’t recieve any call for support apart from Bill issue.. Till now my problem is not solve and they generating the bill but nobody help me so many time i have told them kindly arrange a call with your senior but nobody respond me.
