Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I Monali Sansare have international roaming activated since 2015 on my mobile number, last month from 15th-31st March I travelled to Europe ( Lithuania) it was all last minute travel for work was very occupied there, for me my international roaming is on & my parents are not used of smart phone so I was calling them on normal call on day today basis for my where about as you know situation in Europe is concerning cause of war.
I’m writing this mail cause when I received my bills you charged every day some roaming pack as per your customers support they said you are helping me but unfortunately to me it’s like you are unnecessary over charging cause for me my international roaming is ON you can charge whatever amount I made calls to India that’s 3980 rps plus taxes but more than that you charged me on my pack activation 4500rps for no reason & as a customer I never ever asked you to start any pack, for me, I called your 121 number but they don’t know what to ans & I’m very disappointed with them. Even I visited Airtel store in Dwarka sector 4 New Delhi but they said unfortunately they can’t do anything and asked me to write a mail to 121 & nodal officer as well but nothing is done yet I hope you will have some solution to my problem ASAP. My only request whatever I have used my phone on international roaming you charge that but not charging extra on some pack activation that to which I never asked you to do so please understand
