Dear Airtel concern authority & consumer court authority,
I have port my number from vodafone to Airtel as I was facing network issue … From 1st month of porting I have an issue of network with Airtel also to resolve my issue they give me other sim only for net, but after few days, same issue again… I complaint so many times,,, I am using 5sim + dth on postpaid.. But still I am not satisfied.. As covid my work was so much disturb. I request your members regarding this,, but they said they do anything.. They blocked my incoming & outgoing call.. Since 10days..as I am not using connections, they increase bill amount to 5000..as I have all records of complaints for network issue… I didn’t pay bill bcz why I am paying for that services which are not used by me. Due lockdown again my work is not good,, I need help & resolve my issue.. & request to start my numbers…
