I have given complaints several times to disconnect my connection, despite there is a generation of bill monthly that is debiting my Credit card account.

Details of request for disconnection sent details:

1. Cancellation thru mail dated 12.03.2020.
2. Request No.117234464 dated 05.05.2020
3. Request No.117234214 dated 09.05.2020
4. Request No.118362874

A total of Rs.4948.92 has been debited from my credit card account since Jan2020.

Kindle stop this service and arrange to refund the above amount immediately. Please note that I will approach the customer forum for the refund of the said amount.
