1. When my credit limit is set for 3000 INR, why my outgoing were not barred after the limit was crossed & there is no communication via email / sms / call
2. I have activated the international roaming on this number on 5 April 2019 as I was travelling to Malaysia on 06-Apr 2019. Now, I can see that there is mobile internet charges of more than 5000 INR & voice charges of more than 1000 INR, which is totally wrong & should be waived off, as I was having data balance in my account when I travelled to Malaysia & i have used Local SIM from Malaysia for 2 weeks               3. When I called your executive on 09-Apr for an explanation of 3207(outstanding  as on 09-Apr), he should have given me proper information, rather what he informed me is that my outstanding is kind of normal i.e. rental + international roaming pack.
