Five months ago, I raised a request for a connection shift. After that, an Airtel service engineer visited the shifting address with a new modem and said that I had ordered a new connection, but I did not order one; I only raised a request for shifting. Later, Airtel sent another engineer for the shifting, but he denied the shift, stating that there was no connectivity. I asked them to disconnect my connection, and they assured me it would be done. However, for the past month, I have been receiving multiple calls for payment, even though I have not been using Airtel Wi-Fi for the last 3-4 months. I request that my connection be disconnected, and the bill be waived, as I have not been using the service. i want 1lac rupees compensation for this harassment.
