Hi,
I need to escalate this item as priority. I have changed my number from prepaid to postpaid. I have given my updated Name and Address which was confirmed by airtel end. (Mail image attached below) But in the Bill that was generated , I got the wrong name. I am really fed up with calling the customer care and the supervisors and managers,who told me that from next month the name would come correct.But I WANT THE DECEMBER MONTH BILL TO BE CORRECTED WITH THE UPDATED NAME ON THE BILL, AS AIRTEL HAVE CONFIRMED THE NAME AS RANJI VINAYAGAMORTHY but the name in the generated bill is RANJI ALIAS PRIYARANJANI which is totally wrong. This is totally an issue from your end and I want this to be corrected immediately and send me the updated Bill with the correct details.As iterated multiple times I need to submit this data for my Permanent Resident Visa. Also I have separately given 2 photos and given request to update my name after the Dec bill generation. But still no one has picked this request. The SR number for same 31-3818461148931. Now I’m running behind airtel for the proper bill generation for Jan month but still my name is not even updated.
