My Airtel Fixedline number is 01244382271, and Broadband ID is 012445520326_dsl.
On 29 March 2020, I emailed airtel on 121@in.airtel.com that:
“I want to discontinue my Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 012445520326_dsl plan, as i am not using it currently.
I request You to not renew my connection.“
But after my disconnection request, they have not taken any action and bill has been generated for the month april 2020 to june 2020 of Rs. 1921.38.
After sending too many emails on airtel conplaint mail id as well as on nodal.haryana@in.airtel.com, no action has been taken on my request as of now. Also I tried calling on 121 & 198, but i didn’t got any help from these numbers.
I want airtel to waive off the complete charges they have applied after my disconnection request.
