Hi Team,
I’m being a longterm Vodafone loyal customer, extremely disappointed with your help desk team service.
They have generated bill amount of 1117 Rs for my post paid number which is inactive since Oct 21.
I have never received any incoming calls or dialled an outgoing calls. No messages sent or received. No internet usage.
I actually used to pay through Icici Bank credit credit card auto debit option.
Due to RBI regulation auto debit was stopped by Icici which I realized later and connected with your customer care and made the outstanding amount as per your customer care instruction and advice of Rs. 500 as on 18th Nov. Even before that my number was blocked by Vi team.
Till date the service was never reactivated by VI team but Bill’s aloan generated and again asking me to pay more than 1000Rs..
Kindly resolve this issue otherwise I will go to next level escalation matrix.
Today I received a message stating legal proceedings. I have all records and proofs for the payment made and number blocked since oct 22.
