Hi,
I’ve been receiving messages on a bill payment for a number which is not used by me. I raised a complaint a week ago and I was informed that the issue will be resolved. Unfortunately neither the issue was resolved nor message stopped coming. IagaunI received message on paying the due amount for that number. The customer care don’t have idea how my number has been poached and been used by some one else. I want an immediate action on it and I’m also planning and FIR for the same as it seems to be a fraud.
