I would like to raise my concern for change of due date of my bill related to my landline and Dsl connection with ph no. 011-47563519.
We have noticed bill due date has been preponed to 28th of this month, almost 9 days early than usual done since May 2020.
This change is seen from bill of May 2020 and nothing was communicated to me or asked for approval from customers end.
Would like to know the reason for change of due date and would also like to have thisĀ changed back to original plan i.e. 7th of every month.
There is no option to raise my complaint with airtel neither through customer care no(121) nor through their mobile app.
I have also mailed them on their official complaint email id – 121@in.airtel.com on 24th and 25th but no response till now.
