Already three mail has been sent but I did not get any response on mail
I was using airtel 4G dongle.
After purchase, 1st 6 month service was good. Thereafter speed problem started. I sent complain through mail and got response that “signal strength is good”. Where signal was good I don’t know. However I was paying huge amount as per market rate and using dongle. Airtel keep sending bill by adding monthly amount and calling daily in working hour and irritating. I have 3 more airtel connection in my house. I am getting force to disconnect all airtel connections. You tell me how to pay bill without service. Airtel suppose to pay me for collecting more money for not providing service from months. Whether i did crime to trust airtel as my service provider. Kindly resolve the issue.
