I have been making payment in for all my 4 family members number withing due date.
In Feb month i change plan and took family plan of 999 rs. After that whatever paymwnt i made went into previous plan account. Due to which current plan outstanding getting increased and our services suspended. I tried calling customer care, nodal officer, through email and calling but no response.
Today fortunately i got connected to customer care but in between the conversation she disconnected the call.
I have been charged with late fees as well and every month the previous months bill gets added.
