Text of Complaint by Tarannum:

When I took the connection with Airtel they gave me Xstream Premium free for a year inspite of that they kept charging me INR149 on a monthly basis. Every month I have to call and complain so that the same is removed and i can pay my bill. But from the last 2 months I have been calling them, twitting on Twitter to fix this but nothing is happening. Airtel just send me messages that they are working on this. Plz help
