Text of Complaint by Sachin:

Due to lockdown i cannot go out & open my shop so i not use brodband postpaid connection & airtel is sending bill, their is no money to run home & they are asking to pay bill which i not use because of lockdown, when i spoke with customer care exacative Akshay he telling lockdown is govt problem i have to pay bill, last year lockdown from center govt that time also they took bill of 3 month, and this time also they r forcing to pay, im very old customer more than 10 years so with their januan customer they treating like this in which situation nation & midalclass people, i lost my daddy 20 day before because of covid & pay lakh’s of rupes, how we arrange money’s we know govt also notting done  we r going throw very bad experiance, i hate this system, my father was my support he spend his full life for nation (army) 32 years of his life he was in war with china, pakistan & bangladesh & whent to shrilanka also but who care nobody, realy it is very shamefull, landline no 0831-4205373
