Hi,
This is to bring to your kind notice that Airtel has not generated a valid bill against my number. Please find below the entire case:
- They charged me for Data booster pack in the month of February which I never requested for.
- Then after calling them continuously for about 15 – 18 times in 2 months they deactivated my booster but charged me for late payment fee. (Although my payment got delayed because of them, as they were not removing the Data booster pack, by the time they removed the data booster my due date was over. They eliminated the charges of late payment at that time but again in next month they gave me the bill with late payment fees (which completely is their fault).
- Every time I call customer care they tell me that we will resolve your issue but nothing happens. (That’s how Airtel makes money)
- Kindly let me know if your team would be able to help me or its going to be in vain.
