i had used charges of 4898 and yesterday I had received bill and when I looked into bill they had charged bill 4898 2 times and I did it use 4898 2 times.i have to pay only 4898. They had charged 2 times and it is 9796.they are cheating the people by posing extra charges.if the people does not know they will not ask and they pay the bill for not used charges. I am going to pay the bill 4898 for used charges. I am porting to another network after bill payment. Worst network Airtel
