I raised a complaint regarding my bill Charges and was told that I’ll be contacted within 72 hours. Withing 24 hours the ticket was closed without any resolutionso I reopened the ticket.again it was closed within few hours..I again called yesterday and was assured that it willl be resolved in 48 hours and again the ticket was resolved today..I am tired of creating it and reopening the tickets. I have been charged more than usual and was informed I made international call..this is absurd and invalid. Request you to look into the concern..
